As Art Director and illustrator for the second MB2030 bidbook, I helped shape the visual identity and the narrative of Molenbeek’s candidacy to become European Capital of Culture 2030.
“Bidbook 2 : A Manifesto of Solidarity, Diversity and Co-Creation” outlines a future where culture, youth and super-diversity drive social and urban transformation, and where art becomes part of everyday life.

Although Molenbeek was not ultimately selected, we are very proud of this shiny edition.

I had the joy to work with a brilliant creative team on this project, a big thank you and lots of love for Pieterjan Volckaert who gave life to the infographics and my one and only Barbara Boels for Layout, without whom it all would not have been possible.
